Strap in for a multipart Session Report show where Mark and Jeff give the "point-5" treatment to an unprecedented three games!
We start off with a quick session report of Babylon, then onto a slightly less-quick session report of the Carcassonne Dice Game. Finally, we do a more in-depth session report of Fast Flowing Forest Fellers -with a special guest-host, Mark's daughter! Just before we wrap this episode, we have a quick diversion with a return of our segment "As Far As Possible, Game Goes Kaupankaynti", in which Mark brings home a description of a great game store in Portsmouth, NH.
We always love to hear from our listeners --it truly does make our day-- so please post a comment to this blog entry (at www.gameopolis.org or gameopolis.libsyn.com), or send us an email at email@example.com!
Stay tuned for Show 28.0, coming at you faster than a lumberjack riding a log through the rapids!

OK, I'll ask. Where did you get the title for "As Far As Possible, Game Goes Kaupankaynti". I would also like to thank you both for introducing me to the gaming universe beyond Milton Bradley. I knew it existed, I just didn't realize how vast it is and how...eclectic? I don't know if that is the right word to describe the variety of games out there, but in the few years I have been playing some of the games you guys play, I have had the pleasure of winning some, losing most, but opening my mind to the possibilities. While I still have not had the long-awaited thrill of singing an entire round of Mystery of the Abbey in Gregorian Chant, and may one day finish a game of Arkham Horror (after a pre-game nap and several cups of coffee) , I have anticipated each game night with enjoyment and will look back on those nights with a smile on my face and hope in my heart-- hope of understanding some of those rule books that require a separate book to understand! Thanks for including this novice! Peace.
